With over 25 years of experience in the roofing industry, Daryl has developed extensive expertise across pitched roofing, flat roofing, and solar PV installations. His hands-on approach ensures every project meets the highest standards of quality and precision. Daryl oversees all estimating, project management, and quality control within RMG, ensuring that every client receives a first-class service built on trust, reliability, and craftsmanship.

Nikki Cooke

Compliance and Finance Director

Nikki plays a vital role behind the scenes, managing the essential operations that keep RMG running smoothly. She is responsible for all business accreditations, safety compliance, and operational standards, ensuring the company consistently meets and exceeds industry regulations. In addition, Nikki leads on solar PV technical design, combining attention to detail with a passion for innovation to help drive RMG’s growth and sustainability goals.
