Highbury Grove Academy Sports Hall Roof Renewal
Full strip of the existing sports hall roof back to the corrugated deck, followed by a new air and vapour control layer, PIR insulation and a mechanically fixed single-ply membrane system across approximately 1,800 m². Delivered in a four-week programme within the school summer holiday, resolving long-standing water ingress and handing the building back watertight for the new academic year.

Comprehensive roof renovation across the school’s pitched and flat roof areas, completed within the summer holiday window to a fixed programme so that teaching was unaffected. Read the case study

Large-scale renewal of pitched and flat roof areas on a working hotel with no budget for temporary roofs, sequenced so the building stayed weathertight and open throughout. Read the case study

Summer-holiday roofing programme on an operational school site, with further roofing contracts awarded on the same campus.
Waltham Place Farm
