Flat Roofing & Waterproofing
RMG installs flat roofing and waterproofing systems from Sika, Bauder, Polyroof and IKO as a manufacturer-approved contractor. Where a manufacturer-backed warranty is required, the specification is agreed with the manufacturer, with inspections during the works and sign-off at completion.

Pitched Roofing
Natural slate, clay and concrete tile roofing for full re-roofs, refurbishment and new-build projects. Pitched roofing at RMG is led by Managing Director Daryl Cooke, an NVQ-qualified specialist with over 25 years on pitched roofs, and every roof is detailed for ventilation, weathering and long-term performance rather than appearance alone.

Heritage Roofing & Leadwork
Listed and period buildings need roofing that respects the original construction. RMG re-slates and re-tiles heritage roofs using appropriate materials and details, and carries out traditional leadwork, from flashings, gutters and dormers to full lead roofs, using qualified lead welders.

Roof Surveys & Condition Reports
As a member of the NFRC Competent Person Scheme, RMG produces accredited roof reports that are recognised by insurers and carry weight in property transactions, insurance claims and planned maintenance budgeting. Surveys combine access-based inspection with drone imaging and, where needed, thermal imaging and moisture readings.

Fascias, Soffits & Guttering
Replacement and capping of damaged or rotten fascias and soffits, and new rainwater goods sized and detailed to suit the roof, carried out alongside re-roofing or as a stand-alone package.

Raking out and repointing, flaunching, lead tray and flashing renewal and partial rebuilds, keeping chimneys weathertight and structurally sound as part of wider roof works.
